Brisket

Pete decided to smoke a (super huge) brisket for his birthday last Saturday. He got up early to start smoking this huge piece of meat at 6:30am. 12 hours later it was done. It was worth the wait!! It was moist and tender; it just melted in your mouth. That with the side dishes I made to go with it (twice baked potatoes, fruit salad, chips and spinach rice salad) was the best DELICIOUS bbq meal we have had in a long time!!!
