Introducing Jasmine

Meet Jasmine, the newest addition to our family! She's a 2 month old Siberian Husky, and she is ADORABLE!

For months I've been having puppy fever and been searching online. Every time I found a cute puppy I would show Peter, but he would firmly say no. Two days after Christmas, we decided to leave the house to make some returns. I had asked to go to Target, but Peter denied my request (not his favorite store to go to). So we go about the day, and before heading home Peter asked if I still wanted to go to Target. I said yes, please. We make our way into the parking lot, when right at the beginning of the entrance we see a sign on a truck saying "Husky Puppies for Sale". I squeal in delight - I want to see these puppies! My squeals got even louder when Peter pulls in near the truck! I jump out and make my way to this truck. One other lady got there first. The gentleman with the puppies handed that lady one, and then he handed me one! They were the last two he had for sale. Immediately after handing me the puppy, a small crowd of interested folks started showing up. I did not give this puppy back. I lovingly cuddled her, all the while smiling and pleading with my eyes to Peter. I knew I could seal the deal by having Peter hold her. Sure enough, after about 5 minutes, Peter said if I wanted to puppy we could get her. YES! She came with a hefty price tag for our standards (considering our other two dogs were free). Days later I joked with Peter he should have let me get puppies I had shown him prior because they were a quarter of the cost LOL. But this was meant to be. Peter ended up being the one to name her. She is so unbelievably cute. And we all fight for who is next to cuddle her.
