A few weekends ago, we drove down to North Bend to meet my family for lunch. My grandma's brother, John, whom she had never meet (they found each other a few years prior and exchanged phone calls/emails), came from New Jersey to visit her. So we made plans to meet up for lunch so we could have a chance to visit with him. My Aunt Susie also flew up from California to visit. We had a delicious lunch at a mexican restaurant, and enjoyed visiting with Uncle John. He seems very nice and very relatable. He mentioned about maybe coming back to visit next Spring. That would be nice. Hopefully then we can make a weekend trip to Yakima to visit again.
