Sledding

This afternoon Peter and I met his dad at the top of Snoqualmie Pass to pick up our boys, who had been down in Yakima visiting and playing with their cousins for a whole week. As I've said, Pete and I love to have occasional breaks from our boys. But after a few days, the house just gets too empty and cold without their little bodies running around. It always feels good to have them back. Since we were at the top of the pass, we figured we'd take advantage of it and take the boys sledding. We only sled for about 20 minutes, partly due to the fact boys weren't equipped with proper snow gear (living in Seattle = rain, no need for snow clothes). Plus, a little bit of snow in Kristjan's face makes him into a whiny butt lol. Regardless, we did have fun. Both boys looked so cute with their rosy cheeks and red little noses.

A perfect spot for sledding

Here's where Clifford takes a minor tumble

Heading back to the car. Kristjan obviously isn't too happy-he got snow in his face on his last sled run, which he didn't like very much

We saw a rainbow on our way home!!
