Last year for Cinco de Mayo we went out for some scrumptious mexican food. This year, though, we decided to stay home and make our own. We decided on tacos, and I found some recipes online for homemade guacamole and 'no fry' fried ice cream (both turned out delicious). I had Pete pick up some rice and beans at the mexican restaurant (homemade ones never taste as good as the restaurants). I made the boys some virgin strawberry daiquiris and Pete made us margaritas. All of it was soooo good! We had plenty of left overs for the next few days!
