Bridal Veil Falls

Our hike last week led us to Bridal Veil Falls. Boys and I hiked this trail back in February for our monthly backpacking trip, but when we reached the fork in the trail, instead of going right to lead us to the top of the Falls, we went left towards Lake Serene, which passes the very bottom of the Falls. So with this trip, the boys and I went straight to the top. The hike was all together easy, though we moms felt the last  1/2 mile leading to the top (it was mostly man-made stairs...ugh). I personally didn't get to enjoy this trip as much. Clifford was having a slight problem with his attitude, so I was busy dealing with him quite a few times. Plus he ended up losing one of Peter's knives on the trial, so we left ahead of our group to head back to the car while keeping an eye out for it (no luck in finding it!). All in all, the views were amazing and the group of kids that came along for the hike got along.
