[Last month there was a BIG screw up at work, and Peter was one of the guys who was in charge of fixing it. He had to stay late at work for a whole week, as well as go in on a Saturday. To show their appreciation for that hard work, Peter's boss told him to "take the wife out for a nice dinner" and work would pay for it. AND it just so happened that our anniversary was coming up. Perfect Timing!]
We ended up going Emory's, a lakeside bistro and bar. It was a pretty nice place and we stayed for two hours, taking our time and enjoying some drinks and amazing food. We really enjoyed our time together, away from the boys, just relaxing.

After finishing our dinner, we looked at the dessert menu for fun. I happened to make the comment that I had never had creme brulee or key lime pie before. Peter was shocked....so he ordered BOTH for dessert.
