Since our Cali trip had to be cut short (no Yosemite due to wildfires), and Peter and I still had the rest of the week off, we decided to go out on a family hike. Our destination was Dorothy Lake, specifically "Blueberry Island". I think Peter really over did it paddling us out and back for this trip (considering his neck and shoulder pain hasn't really subsided). The trip for the most part was fun. Peter and I got into an argument because I was too scared to jump off the ledge into the water. I just kept freaking out and couldn't make myself do it. He wasn't too happy with me, but oh well. Boys and dogs had fun, which is all that matters to me!
