We headed down to Yakima over the weekend so we could take Grandma to the fair on Sunday. We arrived Friday evening and stayed at Peter's parents house. The boys slept outside with their cousins. Looks cozy.
It happened to be General Conference, so we hung out in the kitchen for a few hours Saturday morning while everyone else watched it. Mama Mickey let Kristjan make a batch of oobleck....

...and then Kristjan made a batch of cookies for National Homemade Cookie Day
Saturday evening Peter introduced our boys and his nephews to one of his favorite childhood cartons: ROBOTECH. Not a peep was made by those boys.
We also celebrated Eldon's 9th birthday Saturday night (actual bday is Monday)
Sunday we met up with Grandma and Grandma Jane for a day at the fair.

One of the main reasons we took Gradma to the fair was because she wanted to watch the Olate Dogs (winners of Americas Got Talent). Grandma enjoyed the show!

After the fair we went back to load up the car and grab the dogs. Before heading out, the boys got to pick out a pumpkin from the garden (I got one too!!).
