Last week I turned 28. Over the weekend I celebrated with a scrumptious dinner with Pete and my boys, as well as our friend Mel who joined us for dinner. Pete cooked up some delicious steaks while I made a salad and potatoes using new recipes. With a side of grilled asparagus, broccoli, and bread, the dinner was fantastic! For dessert, I asked Pete to try out a new recipe that I've been wanting to try. He baked a raspberry chocolate torte from scratch for me. It was very rich, but yummy!
