New Orleans

From October 3-6, Pete went down to New Orleans for "Weftec" (some sort of waterworks convention his work wanted him to attend). His 'partner in crime' while down there was James Gibson, aka "Brother James". He's a salesman for a few of the southern states for the company (Pete was also with him on his Alabama and Chicago trips). Pete enjoyed his time at the convention and going out with co-workers in the evening down Bourbon Street. He said New Orleans is a whole different world down there. He ate plenty of shrimp and took in some jazz music. His hotel (and the convention) was right off the Mississippi River.
