Cabela's

We finally made a trip to Cabela's. After Pete's family reunion, we decided to make a side stop there since the store was on our way home. Pete's Uncle Gene LOVES that store. Before departing ways at the reunion, Uncle Gene told us that we would spend a few hours in the store looking around, and that the kids would enjoy the animal displays there. Daniel, however, warned us to keep our wallet in the car before going in (we should have listened to him!). The store was huge! And the boys did enjoy looking at all the animal displays. Me being a dork again, I took plenty of pictures of our visit :)

I think we spent about close to 2 hours looking around. We came out of the store (luckily) only spending $100. I even found a cute sweater for winter and a new pair of sunglasses. I don't remember what Pete bought, but it was a few things for our upcoming camping trip. As we were leaving, Pete asked the boys "do you like rei or cabela's better?" Both boys answered "cabela's". Good thing the store is so far away. I have a feeling Pete would want to shop there a lot :)
